de-activate dnd

i want to recived all promotional. but i can`t do it. Please help me & de-activate dnd from 9001396979.

Hello Rakesh,

To de-activate DND on your phone number, choose any of the below method:

1) Send SMS STOP to 1909 from your mobile number.
2) Call 1909 from your mobile / phone number and give DND de-activation request to customer care executive.

Post back here, whether you were successful or not !

I want to receive all kind of sms, i already deactivated the servic yestarday (STOP>< DND to 1909, but still didnt received any sms, actualy i need all kind of DTH transtion confarmition alart sms on my numbar, am so sad what can i do,please any body good solution me...

Send SMS STOP to 1909 for deactivating DND (now NCPR) completely.

i tried calling 1909 but i couldnt here any voice nearly for 1 min later i here thank u for calling and call gets aborded and I even messaged 1909 STOP DND but it says its unable to process my request it says call IVR DND 1909 i am running out of many important messages,my mobile no is 9533934727 please sort out my problem as soon as possible please
